The Development Department of the Anglican Church of Tanzania has responded to the development challenges within Tanzania by facilitating capacity building in the dioceses.  The aim is to facilitate and promote holistic and sustainable development that empowers and enables communities in their environmnet to realize their potential and build the capacity for transformation and advocacy.
